Fri., Jun 12 – Arrive in Taipei: You arrive a day before the Rotary Convention activities begin. Hotel accommodations and transfers to the convention hotels are not included in the tour price.
Sat., Jun 13 – Wed., Jun 17 - Taipei: Attend the Rotary International Convention. No Howard Tours’ events are scheduled in deference to the Rotary Convention activities.
Thu., 18 Jun – Taiwan / Seoul: Depart Taiwan for vibrant Seoul, arriving in the afternoon. Transfer to the Orakai Daehakro Hotel (or equivalent), your comfortable base for exploring the city. Enjoy the evening at leisure. Daily breakfast included.
Fri., 19 Jun – Seoul: Begin your discovery of Seoul at Gyeongbokgung Palace to witness the colorful changing of the guard ceremony, then stroll through Bukchon Hanok Village. Drive past the Blue House and Cheonggyecheon Stream, a peaceful urban oasis. Afternoon free before a welcome dinner together this evening.
Sat., 20 Jun – Seoul: A full-day tour highlights the city’s culture and art. Visit the lively Namdaemun Market and the renowned Leeum, Samsung Museum of Art. Lunch in Itaewon, followed by a drive through Seoul Forest and a stop at Namsan Seoul Tower & Park for sweeping skyline views. Evening free to explore.
Sun., 21 Jun – Seoul: Visit Changdeokgung Palace and its serene Secret Garden, then explore Ihwa Mural Village, known for its creative street art. The rest of the day and evening are free for shopping, exploration, or relaxation.
Mon., 22 Jun – Seoul / Jeju Island: Fly south to beautiful Jeju Island, known as Korea’s “Island of the Gods.” Enjoy scenic coastal views en route to the UTOP Ubless Hotel (or equivalent). The afternoon is yours to relax or wander the resort area.
Tue., 23 Jun – Jeju Island: Explore Seongsan Ilchulbong (Sunrise Peak) and the Haenyeo Museum, learning about Jeju’s famed women divers. Enjoy lunch featuring island specialties, then return along the scenic Jeju Olle Coastal Trail. Afternoon free at leisure.
Wed., 24 Jun – Jeju Island: A full day to relax and enjoy resort amenities. This evening, gather for a private beachfront buffet dinner, a festive finale under Jeju’s starlit sky.
Thu., 25 Jun – Jeju Island / Busan: Depart Jeju on a midday flight to lively Busan. Transfer to the Avani Central Hotel (or equivalent) and enjoy the rest of the day free.
Fri., 26 Jun – Busan: Tour Gamcheon Culture Village and Jagalchi Fish Market, then drive past Yongdusan Park, Busan Tower, and the Nampo-dong shopping district. Lunch included. Afternoon free to explore the city or waterfront.
Sat., 27 Jun – Busan Coastal Tour: Enjoy a scenic coastal drive to Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, Oryukdo Skywalk, and Songdo Cloud Trails. Lunch near Haeundae Beach with time to stroll the shoreline. Conclude the day with a farewell dinner celebrating our journey together.
