Airfare in Conjunction
with our 2009 Rotary Convention Tours

International airfares between the U.S. and the U.K./Ireland are not included in our tour prices.  All tour prices quoted are only for land services. 

Our tour prices are quoted separately from our airfares to give you greater flexibility in planning your trip.  You can join our tours and purchase our air reservations at an additional cost that coordinate with our tour, or use your frequent flier mileage to purchase your air tickets on your choice of airlines.

The following prices are discounted group airfares on Aer Lingus, Delta and Virgin Atlantic airlines. Airfares are based on the specified gateway cities, on specific date and are subject to changes in taxes and/or fuel surcharges, which are currently approximately $150 - $425.

Pre Convention London Only Tour

Pre Convention Ireland Grand

        (Roundtrip, New York - JFK to London / Edinburgh to New York - JFK)  $1,079.

All above flight itineraries (except Ireland Grand) are into London’s Heathrow International airport, not Birmingham. Some tours do not include transfers between London and Birmingham.  Individual transfers from Birmingham can be arranged upon request. Howard Tours will provide group transfers, at an additional charge, for tour members who purchase the above airfares.
