to Belize City. Upon arrival, we will be transferred to the first class

Mon., Jan. 26 – Chaa Creek: Free Day to enjoy the resort’s amenities. Enjoy a hike, a canoe ride or horseback ride, a tour of a Butterfly Farm or a day at the Chaa Creek Spa.
Tue., Jan. 27—Chaa Creek/Tikal, Guatemala/Chaa Creek:
Full day excursion into
Guatemala to visit the ancient city of Tikal.
Tikal was once one of the greatest
cities
in the world and in its heyday it was the capital of a vast Mayan empire.
Today, the site is one of Guatemala's premier tourist attractions. Its
unspoiled jungle setting makes it unique for travelers
Wed., Jan. 28 – Chaa Creek: Free Day to enjoy the resort’s amenities. Enjoy a hike, a mountain bike ride, a canoe ride or a day at the Chaa Creek Spa.
Thu., Jan. 29 – Chaa Creek/Belize City:
We will be
transferred in a private motorcoach to our accommodations at the superior
first-class
Radisson Fort George.
This evening is the opening ceremony of the 16th Uniendo America Project
Fair.
Fri., Jan. 30 - Belize City: Participate in the Uniendo America Project Fair activities, which includes lunch and a cultural evening and dinner at Old Belize.
Sat., Jan. 31 – Belize City: Participate in the Project Fair activities, which an evening beach party to close the 16th annual Project Fair.
Sun., Feb 01—Belize City/Depart for Home. This morning, depart from the hotel to the airport, for a Continental Airlines flight to Houston, to connect with another Continental Airlines flight to San Francisco.

Uniendo America Project Fair - Jan 29 to 31
Our program will conclude in Belize
City with attendance at the 16th Annual
Uniendo America Project Fair. The purpose of this Fair is to build a strong
friendship with the Central American Rotarians and to identify possible
Rotary Foundation projects that can further Rotary’s goal of world
understanding and peace. It is a time to make new friends, and reacquaint
yourself with old friends. The range and types of projects offered by the
Central American Rotarians are reasonable, achievable and have a profoundly
positive effect on the people of their countries.
