Airfare optionsAll tour prices are offered “land only” so that our tour members have the freedom to decide if they want Howard Tours to include round trip airfares between the U.S. and Asia, or if you will secure your own international airline tickets.
Land Only prices include flights between the cities visited if needed. The following information specifies, by tour, which airfares within Asia are included in our “land only” prices.

Howard Tours can include Trans-Pacific Group Airfare in your booking.
For each tour, we have quoted a roundtrip, economy class airfare, from the West Coast which includes two components – the base fare, which is guaranteed, and the associated and required government security/tourism/airport/international transportation taxes and fees, and fuel surcharges dictated by the airlines. Howard Tours does not and cannot control any changes to these charges. The taxes and fee fees quoted are accurate at the time that this tour brochure was published. The amount each traveler will pay is the amount that is required to be charged by the airline at the time your air ticket is purchased. Howard Tours will provide you an itemization of any changes in the taxes and fees when we send your invoice to you approximately 90 days prior to departure. Howard Tours will provide group transfers airport/hotel for tour members who purchase our tour flights. Airport/hotel transfers for members who arrive on different flights are NOT included in our tour prices. Airport transfers in Singapore are NOT included in our tour prices as the convention organizers will help attendees with these hotels. |
